Our social responsibility
Since its establishment, SAB has pursued a very open policy related to recruitment:
This policy is characterized by a rich mix of human diversity: nationalities, cultures, languages gender balance.
This “mix” also allows a more in-depth approach to the sustainable development process; since each country has its own sustainable development policy initiated by its own governing body.
SAB undertakes to fight against discrimination on the basic disability
In order to put more emphasis on disability and so that employees who think they are in a situation of disability can declare themselves as such, SAB decided in 2016 to launch an initiative to raise disability awareness among staff.
Towards harmonization of social benefits across all sites
As part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDOs), set up by the UN in September 2015, SAB transmitted its good practices for the guide compiled by Global Compact France, such as societal actions relating to employee benefits. The French legislation is more favorable than that of other countries, a large agreement between GM and HRM Group and GM/HRM of subsidiaries made it possible to homogenize these advantages for all SAB sites: additional days to those provided by the Labour Law of the country where SAB site is based, a financial contribution for lunch, a health insurance and a travel insurance, Training for all the employees, including in countries where it is not imposed by the Law.
Knowledge in service of the SAB community: staff, clients and partners
The training takes an important place at SAB. SAB Academy, while promoting the enhanced skills of the teams, as well as the training and transfer of skills of our partners and clients, is proposing certified training programs, an on-line learning platform to facilitate self-training, an on-line help for the users to facilitate the handling of SAB AT software package.
